- Decrease blood   pressure
- Decrease risk of   heart arrhythmias
- Decrease bad and   increases good   cholesterol

I pledge to improve my health by eating seafood twice a week, in accordance with USDA, American Heart Association, American Medical Association and American Diabetes Association recommendations. In addition, I support Chicken of the Sea and America’s Second Harvest in its efforts to educate consumers about the health benefits of seafood and improve the health and lives of hungry Americans.
