I tried to register for the Mermaid Club, but after hitting "Submit" I received an error. Did my registration go through?

If you clicked "Submit" on the registration page and then received an error page, it's likely that your registration did go through. However, it is also likely that you are using a browser that is not compatible with the Mermaid Club, which is causing the error to occur. Certain browsers are limited in their functionality and will not allow certain Web sites to work optimally.

To check for successful registration, visit www.chickenofthesea.com/mermaidclub and simply use your e?mail address and the password with which you registered. Once on the site, go to "Edit my profile," which is at the bottom of every page, and finish the registration process there. Note: Even if you are able to complete the registration in this manor, we recommend you check your browser compatibility and cookie settings.

If you are unable to log in using the exact e?mail address and password with which you signed up, a technical problem occurred during the data transfer. In this case, we recommend you re–register using a different browser, since it may be an issue with your browser and computer configuration. For compatible browsers, click here. We also recommend you verify your cookie settings are correct.
